Goods, Items means the goods which the Seller is to sell or provide service
Terms and Conditions.
Writing, Written includes facsimile transmissions and writing on the screen of the visual display unit
Terms and Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.
Helium Balloon canisters may at time be brought onto premises and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the property they are hiring is aware of the helium canisters.
PRINTING BALLOONS and INFLATED BALLOONS
Once order placed and paid, the order for balloons cannot be cancelled once payment taken.
If the balloons have not been inflated for non printed balloons we can change the order if it is not a special item. Once balloons have been inflated we cannot exchange or change the order.
Helium balloon orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received, however you can re-schedule the date providing you give us 5 working days notice.
Balloon arches once ordered cannot be cancelled once payment is made but the arch can be rescheduled providing we are given 3 workings days notice
REFUNDS- Any amounts that have to refunded will take 21 working days to reach your account for hire items

All images sent are for illustration purposes and slight variations can occur owing to computer resolution settings
Helium balloons WILL slightly start shrinking AFTER 9 HOURS OR LESS, and we cannot be held responsible for this to occur,as temperature of room plays a major part for balloons to deflate. It is important you let us know if you require the balloons to last longer as in these circumstances we can use a special gel which will make them last longer
AIR BALLOONS CAN ALSO SHRINK AFTER 2-4 DAYS AND DEPENDS ON AIR TEMPERATURE: COLOUR CAN ALSO CHANGE
We cannot always guarantee that what you order and pay you get delivered, as our supplies may not have that particular product in stock, but we will always let you know now before delivery so that a different option can be chosen
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. However in transit or whilst taking the delivery of balloons, the balloons can POP which is owing to temperature conditions and we cannot be held responsible for this incident. WE ADVISE ORDERING EXTRA BALLOONS if the number of balloons required is very important
We cannot accept responsibility for any of our items that are used outside should they be damaged, soiled or affected by weather conditions after we have left them – Therefore, no refunds can be given if adverse weather conditions have affected the product
In adverse weather conditions such as Snow & Ice, it is RVSN LTD decision whether to deliver/setup hired goods to the venue if it jeopardises the safety of our staff. RVSN LTD will try to get the goods to the venue and exhaust every option that is available before cancellation of the booking. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure the hired goods are insured for such incidences.
Also any transport issues beyond our control, strikes etc we cannot take responsibility.
Anything which is beyond our control we cannot be held responsible or liable for. No refunds will be given for Force Majeure conditions.
PARKING MUST BE AVAILABLE- IF PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WE HAVE TO PARK AT A METER WE WILL CHARGE AFTER THE DELIVERY, AND IF EXTRA TIME IS TAKEN, WHICH IS NOT OUR FAULT, WE WILL CHARGE IF COURIERS ARE DELIVERING.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain all permits, licences and other consents in connection with any deliveries
This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law
